The main issues regarding good health have been consistent over time. You need to exercise approximately every other day for a period of at least an hour. Exercise should include aerobics type activity where you heart rate is elevated to 85% of its capacity for a period of 30 minutes. Muscles and ligaments need to be stretched in order for them to remain limber and to reduce the potential for injuries in everyday life.
